Car
From any location in Red River Valley, head towards Minneapolis by taking MN-75 S or US-2 E, depending on your starting point. Once you reach Minneapolis, follow signs for I-94 E. Merge onto I-94 E and continue for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 233 for MN-55 W toward Plymouth. Continue on MN-55 W for about 2 miles, then take a right onto Theodore Wirth Parkway. Follow Theodore Wirth Parkway for approximately 1.5 miles. Quaking Bog will be on your left. There is no parking fee, but be mindful of any local parking regulations.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, start by finding the nearest bus station in Red River Valley. Take a bus heading towards Minneapolis (routes vary, but options include Greyhound or local transit buses). Once you arrive at the Minneapolis bus station, transfer to Metro Transit. Board the 9 or 18 bus lines heading towards Theodore Wirth Parkway. Get off at the stop closest to Theodore Wirth Parkway. From there, it's a short walk (about 10 minutes) to reach Quaking Bog. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time as service may vary.
Bicycling
