Take the exit toward Mounds Blvd. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Mounds Blvd, and merge onto Mounds Blvd. You will arrive at Indian Mounds Regional Park, located at 10 Mounds Blvd, St Paul, MN 55106. There is no parking fee.
