Turn left onto E Skyline Pkwy, and continue for about 4 miles. The Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory will be on your right at 3980 E Skyline Pkwy. There is no parking fee, but make sure to arrive early as parking can fill up quickly during peak seasons.
