Head west on Washington Ave SE, then turn left onto Portland Ave. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the destination at 1 Portland Ave.

Begin at the Central Station on 4th St. in Saint Paul. Take the Green Line light rail towards Minneapolis. Ride for about 15 minutes and disembark at the U.S. Bank Stadium station. From there, transfer to the Blue Line light rail heading towards Mall of America. Get off at the Nicollet Mall station. Exit the station and walk north on Nicollet Mall. Turn left onto Portland Ave and walk for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at the Upper Saint Anthony Falls Lock and Dam.

Eventually, you will reach the Stone Arch Bridge.
