If you are starting from downtown Saint Paul, walk to the nearest bus stop on 5th St. and Robert St. Catch Metro Transit bus number 63 heading towards Minneapolis. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes, and get off at the stop at Washington Ave SE & 1st Ave SE. From there, it's a 10-minute walk to the Upper Saint Anthony Falls Lock and Dam. Head west on Washington Ave SE, then turn left onto Portland Ave. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the destination at 1 Portland Ave.

Begin at the Central Station on 4th St. in Saint Paul. Take the Green Line light rail towards Minneapolis. Ride for about 15 minutes and disembark at the U.S. Bank Stadium station.
