If you're traveling by car, head towards St. Paul, MN. From downtown St. Paul, take MN-55 W. Merge onto I-35E S toward US-51 S. Continue on I-35E S for about 4 miles, and take exit 41B for MN-5 W toward the airport. Stay on MN-5 W for approximately 2 miles and take the exit toward Fort Snelling State Park. Follow the signs to Snelling Lake Road. The park entrance will be on your left at 101 Snelling Lake Rd, St Paul, MN 55111. Parking is available on-site for a fee.
