Bicycle
Start at the center of Winona, near the Winona County Courthouse. Head south on W 4th St toward Main St. Continue onto E 5th St and then turn left onto Huff St. Follow Huff St until you reach the intersection with East Lake Blvd. Turn right onto East Lake Blvd, which will take you along the river. Keep cycling on East Lake Blvd until you see the signs for Great River Bluffs State Park. Follow Kipp Dr until you reach the park entrance at 43605 Kipp Dr.
Public Transit and Walking
From the Winona Transit Center, take the bus route that heads towards the area of Great River Bluffs State Park. Check the current schedule for the nearest bus stop. Once you arrive at a stop closest to the park, you may need to walk for about 1 to 1.5 miles. Follow the signs leading to Kipp Dr, where you can continue walking straight until you reach the park entrance at 43605 Kipp Dr.
Walking
If you are starting from the Winona Public Library, exit the library and head south on E 3rd St. Turn right onto Main St and continue south until you reach W 4th St. Turn left onto W 4th St and then right onto Huff St. Continue on Huff St until you reach East Lake Blvd. Turn right and follow East Lake Blvd until you see the signs for Great River Bluffs State Park. Continue on Kipp Dr to the park entrance at 43605 Kipp Dr.
