If you are already in DeSoto National Forest, head towards Wiggins, MS. From the center of DeSoto National Forest, take the nearest route to MS-49 S. Continue to follow MS-49 S until you reach Wiggins. Once in Wiggins, turn onto W 4th St (County Road 28) and follow it to the entrance of the Black Creek Wilderness. Look for signs indicating the trailheads.
