If you are traveling by car, start by heading towards New Albany, MS. From the center of Tombigbee National Forest, take the nearest highway leading north or south to reach Highway 78. Merge onto Highway 78 East towards New Albany. After approximately 20 miles, take the exit for New Albany. Once in New Albany, follow signs for MS-15 N. Continue on MS-15 N until you reach the intersection with MS-30. Turn left onto MS-30 W, and after about 2 miles, turn right onto County Road 83. Follow County Road 83 for about 1 mile, and you will see signs for Ingomar Mounds on your left. There is no entrance fee to visit the mounds.
