    If you're driving from within Tombigbee National Forest, start by heading south on the main road (MS-25) towards the town of Tupelo. Continue on MS-25 for approximately 30 miles. Once you reach Tupelo, follow the signs for US-78 W. Merge onto US-78 W and then take exit 86 for MS-6 W. Continue on MS-6 W for about 3 miles until you reach Coley Rd. Turn right onto Coley Rd, and the Tupelo Buffalo Park & Zoo will be on your left at 2272 Coley Rd, Tupelo, MS 38801. Keep in mind that parking is available on-site.
