If you're starting from downtown Tupelo, head east on Main Street towards Gloster Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with South Church Street. Turn left onto South Church Street. Walk straight for about 1 mile. You will then reach the intersection with Coley Road. Turn right onto Coley Road and continue for approximately 1 mile. The Tupelo Buffalo Park & Zoo will be on your left at 2272 Coley Rd. Look for the entrance sign.
