From the main parking area of Elephant Rocks State Park, exit the park and head west on MO-21. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the junction with C C Rd. Turn left onto C C Rd. Drive for about 8 miles, following the road as it winds through beautiful landscapes. Look for signs indicating the Bell Mountain Wilderness area. The trailhead will be on your right, with a small parking area available. There may not be any fees for parking, but ensure you check for any signage on-site.
