If you are driving from the center of Great Plains, head south on Route 61. Continue on Route 61 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with Route 34. Take Route 34 East and drive for about 10 miles. After that, turn left onto Bollinger Mill Rd. Follow Bollinger Mill Rd for about 2 miles, and you will arrive at the Bollinger Mill State Historic Site located at 113 Bollinger Mill Rd, Burfordville, MO 63739. There is no admission fee to enter the park.

Public transportation options are limited in this area, but you can take a Greyhound bus from Great Plains to Cape Girardeau.
