    If you are starting from the Missouri State Capitol building located at 201 W Capitol Ave, Jefferson City, MO 65101, exit the Capitol and head south on Capitol Ave. Continue straight until you reach Jefferson St. Turn right onto Jefferson St. Walk for about 4 blocks until you reach 100 Jefferson St, where Jefferson Landing State Historic Site is located. The site will be on your left.

    If you are near the Amtrak station at 1001 W Main St, catch the 'Jefferson City Transit' bus route 1. Board the bus and get off at the 'Jefferson St & Broadway' stop. From there, walk south on Jefferson St for about 3 blocks. The Jefferson Landing State Historic Site will be located at 100 Jefferson St on your right.
