From downtown Joplin, head west on E 4th St. Continue for approximately 0.5 miles. Schifferdecker Park will be on your left, located at W 4th St, Joplin, MO 64801. There is no fee to enter the park.

From downtown Joplin, take the Route 1 bus heading west. Get off at the bus stop at S Main St and W 4th St. From there, head west on W 4th St for about 0.2 miles. Schifferdecker Park will be on your left. As of February 2025, the Sunshine Lamp Trolley fare is $2, with a reduced fare of $1 for veterans and military members, those with disabilities, ages 60+, and those receiving Medicare. Transfers are free with a pass.
