From any point in Northeast Missouri, head south towards Columbia. Use Highway 63 to reach Columbia, MO. Once you reach Columbia, take the exit for I-70 E. Continue on I-70 E for approximately 2 miles. Take exit 124B for US-63 S toward Jefferson City. Continue on US-63 S for about 2 miles. Take the exit for MO-740 W/Clark Ln and merge onto Clark Ln. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto S 6th St. The David R. Francis Quadrangle Historic District will be on your left at 410 S 6th St, Columbia, MO 65211. Parking may be available nearby, but be aware of any potential fees.
