Turn left onto S River Rd and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. You will pass several parks and residential areas. As you approach Bangert Island, look for signs indicating the entrance. The island is located at 1704 S River Rd. Enjoy the scenic views of the Missouri River along the way.

Start at Frontier Park in downtown St. Charles. Head south on the Missouri River Greenway Trail. Continue riding along the river until you reach the intersection with S River Rd.
