From the St. Charles Historic District, walk to the St. Charles Main Street bus stop. Catch the #45 bus towards St. Peters. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the St. Peters Highway 94 & Mid Rivers Mall Drive stop. After getting off, walk south on Mid Rivers Mall Drive for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Heritage Landing and walk for about 0.2 miles. The Heritage Museum will be on your right at 1630 Heritage Landing.

From the St. Charles Riverfront Trail, head east towards the intersection with South Main Street. Follow South Main Street to the intersection with Interstate 70. Take the bike path leading south along Mid Rivers Mall Drive. After approximately 1.5 miles, turn left onto Heritage Landing. The Heritage Museum will be on your right at 1630 Heritage Landing.

Starting from the St. Charles Historic District, head southeast on Riverside Drive. Continue onto South Main Street and walk towards the intersection with Interstate 70. Cross over to Mid Rivers Mall Drive and follow it south for about 1.5 miles. Turn left onto Heritage Landing and continue walking for another 0.2 miles. The Heritage Museum will be on your right at 1630 Heritage Landing.
