If you are in the vicinity of the Missouri History Museum in Forest Park, head southeast towards the intersection of Lindell Boulevard and Kingshighway Boulevard. From there, continue walking south along Kingshighway Boulevard. After approximately 0.5 miles, you will reach Tower Grove Park at 4257 Northeast Dr, St. Louis, MO 63110. Look for the park entrance on your left.

Public Transit - Bus
From the Forest Park MetroLink Station, take the Bus #10 (Gravois-Lindell) heading south. Get off at the stop at Kingshighway Blvd and Arsenal St. From there, it is a short 0.3 miles walk southeast to Tower Grove Park. Simply walk along Arsenal Street until you reach Kingshighway Boulevard, then turn left to enter the park. Note that the bus fare is approximately $2.00.
