Public Transport
Gateway Arch National Park is accessible via St. Louis's MetroLink light rail system. Exit at the 8th and Pine or Laclede's Landing stations and follow the signs to the park, a short 10-minute walk. Several MetroBus routes also serve the park. A single MetroBus or MetroLink ride costs $3.
Walking
From downtown St. Louis, the Gateway Arch is easily accessible on foot. Head east towards the riverfront and follow the signs to the park. The entrance to the park is located on Fourth Street, facing the Old Courthouse. Be prepared to go through a security checkpoint.
Driving
If driving, preferred parking is available at the Stadium East Parking Garage at 200 S. Broadway. Pre-purchasing parking online is recommended. From the garage, walk north on Fourth Street to the park entrance. Parking costs $10 for the first five hours; longer stays incur the current posted rate. Alternatively, you can find parking using online map of downtown parking facilities. Be aware that it is a considerable walk from all parking points to the Arch.
