Shchusev. Its creation commemorated the Soviet victory in World War II, known as the Great Patriotic War.Today, the 15-hectare park is a favorite among Tiraspol residents and tourists. Visitors can enjoy a variety of attractions, including a Ferris wheel offering panoramic city views and a summer stage that hosts cultural events. A central feature is the monument to Grigory Kotovsky, a Soviet military and political figure, erected in 1960. Kotovsky was a participant in the revolutionary movement and Civil War.The park provides a pleasant setting for evening strolls, attracting families and couples. With its blend of history, recreation, and green space, Park Pobedy offers a relaxing experience and a glimpse into local culture.
