Car
From Cap d'Ail Beach, head northeast on Avenue du 11 Novembre toward Avenue des Combattants. Continue for about 1 km until you reach the tunnel entrance. Once through the tunnel, follow the signs for Monaco. After exiting the tunnel, take the first exit on the roundabout onto Avenue de la Costa. Continue straight until you reach the next roundabout, then take the second exit onto Boulevard de Monaco. Keep left to stay on Boulevard de Monaco, which will lead you into Monaco. After around 2 km, turn left onto Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro. The Monaco Courthouse will be on your right at number 5. Be aware of potential parking fees in Monaco.

From Cap d'Ail Beach, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Avenue du 11 Novembre. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Monte Carlo Casino stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to the Monaco Courthouse. Head south on Boulevard des Moulins, then turn left onto Rue de la Salle. At the end of the street, turn left onto Avenue de la Costa and follow it until you reach Rue Colonel Bellando de Castro. The courthouse will be on your right. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.
