If you're driving, start from Jardin Exotique and head southeast on Avenue des Spélugues towards Avenue de la Costa. Continue on Avenue de la Costa until you reach the roundabout at the border of Monaco. Take the first exit onto Boulevard du Jardin Exotique. Follow this road as it turns into Avenue de la République. After about 2 kilometers, merge onto the A8 motorway towards Nice. Take exit 58 towards Menton and follow the signs to Menton. Once in Menton, follow Avenue de Verdun which will lead you to des Sablettes. Look for parking options nearby as you approach the beach.

Get off at the 'Menton - Sablettes' stop. From there, walk along the waterfront path heading towards des Sablettes beach. The beach is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and you will see signs directing you to the beach area.
