From Monaco Harbor, head east towards Avenue de la République. Walk along the harbor, enjoying the views of the yachts and the Mediterranean Sea. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Albert I. Turn right onto Boulevard Albert I and follow it until you see the signs for the Palace. Keep walking straight until you arrive at Place du Palais, where Terrace du Palais is located. This walk should take about 15-20 minutes.

From the Monaco-Monte Carlo train station, take bus line 1 or 2 and stop at 'Place de la Visitation'. From there, it's a 5-minute walk through the narrow streets of Le Rocher to the Terrace du Palais. A single bus ticket costs €2 if purchased from the driver or €1.50 if purchased in advance via the Monapass app.
