Walking
Start at the La Condamine Market, located at Place d'Armes. Head southwest on Rue de la Gare towards Avenue de la République. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Avenue de la République, which will lead you toward the Port Hercule area. As you walk, you will see the beautiful marina and the yachts. Keep walking until you reach the end of the avenue where you can see the Mediterranean Sea. From here, continue straight along the coastline on Quai des États-Unis. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the entrance to Plage de la Garoupe.
Public Transport - Bus
Begin at La Condamine bus stop, located near the market. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the Antibes – Gare Routière stop. From there, walk towards Boulevard du Cap, and continue straight until you reach Plage de la Garoupe, which will be on your right. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
