From La Rousse, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is the 'Monte Carlo - Larvotto' stop. Board bus number 100 or number 110 towards Nice. These buses run frequently and will take you towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'Jean Médecin' stop in Nice. From there, transfer to tram line 1 towards 'Henri Sappia' and get off at 'Gare Thiers'. The Monastère de Cimiez is a 15-minute walk from there. Walk northeast on Avenue de Verdun, then turn left onto Avenue de la République and continue until you reach Place Jean-Paul II Pape where the monastery is located.
