Bus
To reach Smartour Riviera at 42 Voie Romaine, start by finding a nearby bus stop. If you are at the Promenade des Anglais, look for the bus stop for line 12, which goes towards 'Les Moulins'. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 15 minutes. Disembark at the stop 'Voie Romaine'. From the bus stop, walk straight along Voie Romaine for about 5 minutes until you see Smartour Riviera on your right.

Tram
If you're near the city center, head to the 'Jean Médecin' tram station. Take the tram line 1 towards 'Hôpital Pasteur'. After about 10 minutes, get off at 'Gare Thiers'. From there, transfer to bus line 12 towards 'Les Moulins'. After approximately 5 stops, get off at 'Voie Romaine'. Walk straight for about 5 minutes to reach Smartour Riviera on your right.

Walking
If you're in the vicinity of the Old Town (Vieux Nice), start at Place Massena. Walk along Avenue Jean Médecin towards the 'Gare Thiers'. From there, you can either take a bus or continue walking. If you choose to walk, head towards Boulevard de Cimiez and then turn onto Voie Romaine. Continue straight for about 20 minutes, and you will find Smartour Riviera on your left.
