At the promenade, turn right and walk along the coast toward the east. Keep walking for about 20-25 minutes until you arrive at the ferry terminal in Monaco. From there, take a ferry to Cannes. Once you arrive in Cannes, follow the signs to Île Sainte-Marguerite. As you approach the island, look for the marked path leading to the Underwater Sculptures.
