Getting There

  • Walking

    From your current location in Les Moneghetti, head towards the main road, Avenue d'Ostende. Follow this road down towards the sea until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Boulevard de France, which will lead you towards the border of Monaco and France. Once you reach the border, continue straight until you see signs for Nice. Cross the border and enter Nice, where Boulevard de France becomes Avenue de la République. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenue Victor Hugo. Turn right onto Avenue Victor Hugo and continue until you reach Place Massena. From there, head towards the Old Town (Vieux Nice) by following Rue de la Préfecture. The Nice Cathedral is located at 3 Place Rossetti, just a short walk from the Old Town.

    From Les Moneghetti, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Avenue d'Ostende. Take bus number 100 heading towards Nice. The bus will take you directly to Nice in about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Nice Riquier' stop. From there, you can either walk or take tram line 1 from Garibaldi to the 'Opéra - Vieille Ville' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight down Rue Saint-François de Paule, then take a left onto Rue de la Préfecture, which leads you to Place Rossetti. The Nice Cathedral will be on your right.
