At the 'Menton - Gare SNCF' bus stop, take Bus Line 100 towards 'Nice'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes (6 stops) until you reach 'Menton - Sablettes'. Once you get off the bus, walk straight towards the beach area, and you'll arrive at Plage des Sablettes in just a few minutes.
