If you're driving from Monaco, head east on the A8 motorway. Take exit 58 towards Menton. Continue on Avenue de la Madone, which will lead you directly into the town of Menton. Once in Menton, follow signs for the beach, and you will find Plage des Sablettes located at des Sablettes, 06500 Menton. There is parking available nearby, but it can get busy, especially during peak times.

To reach Plage des Sablettes using public transport, take the train from Monaco-Monte Carlo station towards Ventimiglia. Get off at Menton station, which is about a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive at Menton station, exit the station and head towards Avenue de la République. Walk straight until you reach the seaside promenade. Turn right, and Plage des Sablettes will be a short walk along the coast.
