Walking
From the center of Monaco-Ville, head towards the main road, Boulevard de Monaco. Walk downhill until you reach the roundabout at the end of the boulevard. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue de Verdun. Follow this avenue until you reach the train station, Gare de Monaco-Monte Carlo. Next, take a train towards Nice Ville, which is approximately a 20-minute journey. Once you arrive at Nice Ville, exit the train station and head towards Avenue Thiers. Continue straight until you reach Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, where you will find Hôtel de Ville de Nice at number 5.

Start at the nearest bus stop in Monaco-Ville, which is the 'Monaco - Place d'Armes' stop. Take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Nice - Gare Routière' stop. From there, walk towards the train station, Gare de Nice-Ville, located just a few minutes away. Take a train heading towards Nice Ville, which takes about 10 minutes. After arriving at Nice Ville, exit the station and walk to Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville.
