From Monte Carlo, head to the nearest bus stop, either at Place des Moulins or Gare de Monte Carlo. Take Bus 100 towards Menton and stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop labeled 'Cannes - Gare Routière'. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Jetée Albert Edouard. Head south on Rue des Serbes, then take a left onto Rue d'Antibes, and continue straight until you reach the waterfront where you'll find Jetée Albert Edouard.

Make your way to Monte Carlo's train station, Gare de Monte Carlo. Purchase a ticket to Cannes. The train ride will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Cannes, exit the train station and walk towards the waterfront. Head left along the promenade, and in about 15 minutes, you will reach Jetée Albert Edouard.
