If you are starting from the Monte Carlo Casino, exit the casino and head southeast on Avenue de Monte-Carlo. Follow the road as it curves slightly to the right and becomes Boulevard des Moulins. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Place des Moulins. From there, turn left onto Rue des Moulins and continue straight until you reach Rue de la Turbie. Turn right, and after a short walk, you will find the Cardinale Seduto Statue located in a small park area on your left.

If you are near the Monte Carlo Beach, start by walking towards Avenue Princesse Grace. Head west along the waterfront promenade until you reach the intersection with Boulevard Louis II. Turn left onto Boulevard Louis II and continue straight for about 15 minutes. When you reach the intersection with Rue de la Turbie, turn left and continue walking until you see Cardinale Seduto Statue on your right in the small park area.

From the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monte Carlo), take Bus Line 1 towards the Casino. Get off at the 'Moulin' bus stop. Once you exit the bus, head east along Boulevard des Moulins for about 5 minutes until you reach Place des Moulins. Turn left onto Rue des Moulins, then take a right onto Rue de la Turbie. The Cardinale Seduto Statue will be on your left shortly after.
