Walking
If you are starting from the Monte Carlo Casino, head towards the main entrance of the casino, which is located at Pl. du Casino. From there, walk straight towards the iconic Casino Café de Paris, which is just adjacent to the casino itself. You will see the café's large outdoor seating area and its elegant entrance. It should take you no more than 2 minutes to walk from the casino to the café.

If you are near the Hotel de Paris, exit the hotel and turn left. Walk along Avenue de Monte-Carlo until you reach Pl. du Casino. The Casino Café de Paris will be directly in front of you as you approach the square, located to the right of the Monte Carlo Casino. This should take approximately 5 minutes.
Walking
From the Grimaldi Forum, exit onto Avenue Princesse Grace and head towards the Monte Carlo Casino. Follow the signs for Casino Square. As you reach the square, you will see the Casino Café de Paris on your left-hand side. The walk should take you around 15-20 minutes.
Public Transport
If you are coming from the main train station (Gare de Monaco-Monte-Carlo), you can take bus line 1 towards the 'Casino' stop. The bus will drop you off at the Casino stop, which is just a short walk from the Casino Café de Paris. After getting off the bus, walk towards the Casino Square, and you will find the café right next to the casino. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes.
