The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Nice - Gare Routière' stop. From the bus stop, walk down Avenue de Verdun towards the promenade. Continue straight on Rue de France until you reach Rue Verdi. Turn left on Rue Verdi, and the destination will be on your right at number 15.

Continue along Avenue de Verdun until you reach Rue Verdi. Turn right on Rue Verdi, and you will find the destination at number 15.
