Picking fresh basil and learning how to make pesto by hand with a mortar was both fun and fascinating. The host was welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about local traditions, explaining each step and the importance of quality ingredients. Tasting the freshly made pesto together with other local products and good wine made the experience even more enjoyable. This is much more than a cooking class, it’s a chance to connect with the land, the flavors, and the culture of Liguria. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, hands-on food experience away from the crowds.

Beautiful location and wonderful wine tasting tour

This was the perfect wine tasting experience, especially with limited time. The location and scenery were beautiful and our guide provided one of the best wine tasting tours I have been on. She was very professional, knowledgeable and incredibly interesting and informative. Great for all ages!
