Turn left onto Boulevard d'Italie and follow it until you reach the tram stop called 'Monte Carlo - Casino.' From there, take the number 1 tram towards Nice. Get off at the 'Jean Médecin' stop. Once you exit the tram, walk straight down Avenue Jean Médecin until you reach the main square, Place Masséna. From Place Masséna, continue walking straight along Avenue de Verdun until you reach Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville. Turn right onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, and you will find the Hôtel de Ville de Nice at number 5 on your left.

    From Saint Roman, make your way to the nearest tram stop, 'Monte Carlo - Casino.' Board the number 1 tram towards Nice. Stay on the tram for about 25 minutes until you reach the 'Jean Médecin' stop. Once you exit, walk straight down Avenue Jean Médecin, which will lead you to Place Masséna. After reaching Place Masséna, continue along Avenue de Verdun until you reach Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville. Turn right onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville, and the Hôtel de Ville de Nice will be located at 5 Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville on your left.

    Locate the nearest bus stop in Saint Roman, which is 'Monte Carlo - Casino.' Board bus number 100 towards Nice. After approximately 35 minutes, get off at the 'Nice - Promenade des Anglais' stop. From there, you can either walk for about 15 minutes or take tram number 1 from 'Jean Médecin' tram stop to 'Jean Médecin' station. When you exit the tram, walk straight down Avenue Jean Médecin towards Place Masséna. From Place Masséna, continue along Avenue de Verdun and turn right onto Rue de l'Hôtel de Ville.
