Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Ulaanbaatar. Head southwest on Peace Avenue (Чингисийн өргөн чөлөө) for about 7 km until you reach the entrance of Bogd Khan Mountain National Park. There is a small fee to enter the park, typically around 3,000 MNT per person. Once inside the park, follow the main road, and keep an eye out for signs directing you to the Yampai / Guardian door. It is approximately a 30-minute drive from the entrance to the site. Look for the coordinates WW79+JFW on your GPS to guide you directly to Yampai.
