Car
From the center of Ulaanbaatar, head south on Chinggis Avenue towards the Zaisan area. Continue straight for about 5 km until you reach the traffic circle. Take the first exit onto Zaisan Hill Road, and follow the signs leading to Zaisan Monument. The road will wind up the hill, and you will find parking available near the monument. Note that there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
To reach Zaisan Monument using public transportation, take bus number 11 from the central bus station in Ulaanbaatar. The bus will take you towards the Zaisan area. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Zaisan stop. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk up the hill to the monument. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it may vary, and keep some cash ready for the bus fare.
Taxi
For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from anywhere in Ulaanbaatar. Simply tell the driver 'Zaisan Monument' or show them the address: VWM8+J5C, HUD - 11 khoroo, Ulaanbaatar. The fare should be around 3,000 to 5,000 MNT depending on traffic, and the ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Always confirm the fare before starting your trip.
