Turn left onto the road leading to Burgaasatayn Hiid. Continue driving for about 30 kilometers (18.6 miles) along a dirt road. Look for signs directing you to Orkhon Waterfall. The waterfall is located at the coordinates 46.7874877 latitude and 101.9601796 longitude. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for rough terrain.

To reach Orkhon Waterfall using public transportation, take a bus from Ikh Nuur Basin to Kharkhorin. Buses run daily, and the fare is approximately 5,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik). Once in Kharkhorin, locate a local minibus or shared taxi heading towards Burgaasatayn Hiid. The fare for this leg will be around 10,000 MNT. Upon reaching Burgaasatayn Hiid, you may need to hire a local guide or taxi to reach the waterfall, as this final stretch may not have regular public transport options.
