Car
If you are traveling by car from Ikh Nuur Basin, you will need to head towards Ulaanbaatar first. Follow the signs for the A-4 highway. After about 1.5 to 2 hours of driving, you will see a sign for Gorkhi Terelj National Park. Take the exit and follow the road into the park. The entrance fee is approximately 2,500 MNT per person.

To reach Gorkhi Terelj National Park using public transportation, start by taking a bus or minibus (marshrutka) from Ikh Nuur Basin to Ulaanbaatar. The journey will take around 1-2 hours. Once you arrive in Ulaanbaatar, head to the bus station located near the State Department Store. From there, you can catch a minibus or shared taxi heading to Gorkhi Terelj National Park. The fare should be around 5,000 MNT, and the ride will take approximately 1 hour.
