From Ikh Nuur Basin, head west on the main road (A-1) towards Kharkhorin. Continue for approximately 80 km until you reach the junction near Kharkhorin. Take the right turn onto the road leading towards Orkhon Waterfall. Follow this road for about 30 km. You will see signs directing you to Orkhon Waterfall. The last few kilometers may be on unpaved roads, so drive carefully. Upon arrival, you can park your vehicle at the designated parking area near the waterfall.

From Ikh Nuur Basin, take a minibus or shared taxi to Kharkhorin, which typically departs from central locations. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. In Kharkhorin, you will need to find a local taxi or arrange a shared ride to Orkhon Waterfall. The distance from Kharkhorin to the waterfall is about 30 km. Ensure you negotiate the fare in advance, as prices may vary; expect to pay around 15,000 to 20,000 MNT for a one-way trip. Once at the waterfall, you will have the opportunity to explore the area.
