The 'Girl with a lamb' sculpture is located right outside the Central Tower, making it an easy walk.

From any point in Chingeltei District, find the nearest bus stop and take bus number 5 or 9 towards the Central Tower. The fare is approximately 1,000 MNT (Mongolian Tugrik). Disembark at the Central Tower stop, and the sculpture will be directly visible outside the building.
