Turn left onto MT-84 and follow it for about 20 miles until you reach the town of McLeod. Once in McLeod, look for signs indicating the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness area. Continue on the main road through McLeod, and keep an eye out for the Box Canyon Pullout, which is located along the road. It is approximately 4 miles from the center of McLeod. There is no fee for parking at the pullout.
