Car
If you're traveling by car on the Beartooth Highway, head east on US-212 from the Beartooth Pass. Continue on US-212 for approximately 20 miles until you reach the junction with NE Entrance Rd. Turn left onto NE Entrance Rd, and after about 5 miles, you will arrive at Soda Butte in Yellowstone National Park. Please note that there is an entrance fee to Yellowstone National Park, which is $35 per vehicle for a 7-day pass. Make sure to have this fee ready upon entry.

Public Transportation
For those relying on public transportation, your first step is to reach a major transit hub, such as Billings, MT or Cody, WY. From there, take a bus service that offers trips to Yellowstone National Park. Once you arrive at the park's Northeast Entrance, you can use the park's shuttle services or taxis available at the entrance to reach Soda Butte. Be sure to check the schedule and availability of the bus services in advance, as they may vary seasonally.

If you're biking, follow the same route as cars. Start from the Beartooth Highway and head east on US-212. It’s a scenic route but be aware of the elevation and traffic. Once you reach the junction with NE Entrance Rd, turn left and continue biking until you reach Soda Butte. Make sure to wear a helmet and bring plenty of water, as services are limited in this area.
