Car
If you are traveling by car along the Beartooth Highway, head towards Red Lodge, Montana. From the Beartooth Highway, take the exit onto US-212 E. Follow US-212 E until you reach Red Lodge. Once in Red Lodge, turn left onto 2nd St E. The Yellowstone Wildlife Sanctuary will be on your left at 615 2nd St E, Red Lodge, MT 59068. Parking is available on-site.
Public Transportation
If you're relying on public transportation, you may need to take a bus or shuttle service to reach Red Lodge from nearby towns or cities. Check local transit schedules for services that run from Billings, MT or other nearby locations to Red Lodge. Once you arrive in Red Lodge, you can either walk to the sanctuary (approximately a 15-minute walk) or take a taxi to 615 2nd St E. Be sure to confirm the operating hours of the public transport service as they may vary.
