Getting There

• Shuttle Service

  Use the local public bus service called ‘The Skyline Bus.’ Board the bus at any designated stop in Big Sky. Ensure you are on a bus heading towards the Mountain Village area. Get off at the Mountain Village stop, then transfer to the Montage Big Sky shuttle, which operates frequently during peak hours. The shuttle ride will take approximately 10 minutes to reach Montage Big Sky.

• Bicycle Rental

  If you're up for some exercise, consider renting a bicycle from local rental shops in Big Sky. Head towards Lone Mountain Trail, which connects to Settlement Trail. Follow Settlement Trail directly to Montage Big Sky. The bike ride is approximately 3 miles and should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your speed. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic regulations.

• Walking

  For those who enjoy a scenic walk, starting from the center of Big Sky, head south on US-191. After about 1 mile, turn left onto Lone Mountain Trail. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles, then take a right onto Settlement Trail. Montage Big Sky will be located on your right after about 0.5 miles. This walk should take you around 45-60 minutes, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
