Walking
If you are starting from the center of Big Sky, begin at the Big Sky Town Center. Head east toward the intersection of US-191. You will want to follow the sidewalk along the road. Once you reach the intersection, cross US-191 carefully. Continue walking along the road until you reach the bridge that crosses the Gallatin River. After crossing the bridge, take a right onto Ousel Falls Road. Follow Ousel Falls Road for about 1.5 miles. The trailhead is on your right. Look for the parking area and trail signs.

Starting from the Big Sky Town Center, head east toward US-191. Use the paved bike path that runs along the road. After crossing the bridge over the Gallatin River, continue straight. When you reach Ousel Falls Road, turn right and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles. You will see the entrance to Ousel Falls Park & Trailhead on your right side. There are bike racks available for securing your bike.
