    From Hamilton, Montana, head south on US-93 S for approximately 16 miles. Look for Lost Horse Observation Point Road on your left. Turn onto Lost Horse Observation Point Road and continue for about 4 miles until you reach the Camas Creek Trailhead parking area. Please note that the road may be unpaved and can be rough, so a high-clearance vehicle is recommended. There are no fees to park at the trailhead.

    Take the Ravalli County Public Transportation bus, which operates a route from Hamilton to surrounding areas. You would need to check the current schedule for availability. Once you get off the bus, it is advised to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service to take you the remaining distance to Lost Horse Observation Point Road since public transit does not reach the trailhead directly. The approximate distance from the bus stop in Hamilton to the trailhead is 16 miles, and taxi fares may vary.
