Getting There

  • Public Transit

    Start at the Great Falls Transit Center located at 100 6th St S. From there, take the Route 10 bus heading towards the Loop. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop near 10th Ave S and 8th St S. Once you exit the bus, walk south on 8th St S until you reach the intersection with 15th Ave S. Turn left onto 15th Ave S and continue walking until you reach the entrance to the River's Edge Trail.

    From the Great Falls Transit Center, after taking the Route 10 bus or if you prefer to walk entirely, head south on 6th St S to 10th Ave S. Turn right on 10th Ave S and proceed for about 0.5 miles until you reach the River's Edge Trail. Follow the trail signs that will lead you towards Big Falls. The trail is well-marked and will take you along the Missouri River, providing beautiful views along the way.
